PROJECT 774 – ORF : A Job creation initiative for minimum 10,000 Ex- Footballers and Other Football Stakeholders Nation – Wide

MAJOR GOAL : Advocacy , Facilitation and Creation of minimum One Community Base Football Club, Own, Run and Funded (ORF) in Each Local Government/ Kingdom Nation – Wide by the Community

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

1 To create a Culture of Football Density at the Grassroots that is Commercially viable and attractive
2 To involve Community participation in Ownership, Running and Funding (ORF) of Professional Football Clubs in line with Global practice
3 To train relevant stakeholders to build Clubs as Brands for Promoting and Advancing the Rich Cultural Heritage of their People
4 To train relevant stakeholders to build and make their Clubs one of the most successful Community base Professional Football Club in Africa
5 To train relevant stakeholders to establish successful wining Professional teams
6 To train relevant stakeholders to Develop international quality players that can compete favourably with other top quality players in the world
7 To train relevant stakeholders to grow their Club Fan Base by playing entertainment Football at comfortable world class facilities
8 To train relevant stakeholders how to build Clubs that can provide a world class Administrative and marketing services
9 To train relevant stakeholders how to build a successful Youth development structure
10 To train relevant stakeholders how to make their Club a profitable business

FUNDING OF THE CLUB

The Club shall focus on two major aspects of funding, which are Household Funding and Companies Contributions

HOUSEHOLD FUNDING
* Membership Fees
* Entry tickets
* Purchase of goods services from the Club
* Contributions in kind (Volunteer workers)

COMPANIES CONTRIBUTIONS
* Sponsorship (shirt and team sponsorship, squared sponsorship, athletes, Event sponsorship, Venue /Stadium naming, Broadcast Sponsorship)
* Equipment /Facilities
* Donation- Advertising in Sports Program
* Membership of Sports Club
* Taxes
